What "counts" as a workout on the App?
Any kind of weight resistance training can be logged as a workout on the Team RH App. This can include lifting weights in the gym or at home, doing a gym machine workout, doing a kettle bell or body pump class, doing a resistance band or suspension trainer workout, or Crossfit.
Cardiovascular workouts such as HIIT workouts, spinning classes, running, swimming, cycling, boxing, pole fitness, combat sports, and MetaFit cannot be counted as a workout on the app but can be counted towards your daily step target.
