How do I log my own workout?
You are absolutely welcome to do your own workouts if you wish! Just ensure that you choose the correct number of days you'll be working out on the Team RH app.
We currently do not have a function to add a custom workout on the app. To log your own workout, all you have to do is select workout "Completed" on the dashboard and you will get your gold star for the day!
