How do I change my step goal?
It's really easy, follow the steps below!
1. Log into Team RH app
2. Select "Settings" in the upper-right corner.
3. Select "Edit my Step Goal"
4. Choose your new step goal. We recommend 15,000 steps a day.
5. Scroll to the bottom and select "Save"
6. Go back to Settings and select "View my Targets" to check if this has effected your calorie and macro goals.
Please be aware that if you make too many changes to your step and workout goals and your profile, your account will be locked. This is a security feature on the app.
